Wrong handing of incoming CANCEL

Scenario:

• Web Olympus calls Android Olympus and cancels call
• Android sends 200 OK to the CANCEL
• Android sends 487 Request Terminated At that point and after 487, Android should receive ACK but seems that its not. On RC side seems that the ACK is sent thought. Need to investigate
