Fix some UI issues that we discovered after allowing for landscape orientation

Here is what I have found so far:

1. Testing with OnePlus One:

   1. Starting any activity while already in landscape orientation makes the title in the action bar show with small fonts
   2. In Message screen in landscape orientation trying to tap on the text box to send a message makes the text box take up all screen above the keyboard and looks weird. To make things even worse you can't really send the message cause the send button is gone
   3. In Message screen in landscape orientation making a call shows call controls too cluttered and falling on to top of each other.
   4. Same happens to DTMF screen where only half the buttons show up 5.About Screen only shows half the info (maybe wrap content with Scroll View?)

2. Testing with Samsung Galaxy Tab:

   1. Starting Messages activity while already in landscape orientation makes the text box show pushed too much to the right.
