Folded sections auto expanding when adding content

When I fold sections of the spec it will stay folded until i start typing int the editor doesn't matter where it expands all sections again very annoying.

Hi @ibigpapa . Thank you for reporting this issue. I can reproduce it both for Swagger v2 and OpenAPI v3 models. I understand that it can be really frustrating. Let me see how we can fix it.

... I started work on it four months ago on branch https://github.com/RepreZen/KaiZen-OpenAPI-Editor/commits/task/418 . I don't remember why I did not create a PR for it. Probably wanted to estimate impact on performance first.

@tfesenko , thanks. I will open a PR so we can keep this on our radar, and hopefully merge it if performance impact is acceptable.
