AVPro Video Version

2.6.6

Which platform is your question for?

Windows

Your question

[Error Log] [AVProVideo] Error: Loading failed. File not found, codec not supported, video resolution too high or insufficient system resources. codec=HEVC(H265) or codec=AV1 What I know at present is that there is no corresponding video decoder installed on the computer. But there is no guarantee that all players will have corresponding video decoders on their computers. I tried to play these two formats of videos with AVPro, but the results were not supported. Excuse me, Why? How should we solve it?

We rely on the OS for decoding, so it won't play if the OS doesn't have the decoder. Your options are to install decoder for those codecs (available in the Windows Store), install something like LAV filters to use with DirectShow, or to encode the video with a codec that is more readily available, such as H264. More info on supported codecs here.

So Unity can't develop a video playing game using AVPro without installing a decoder, can it? can only let the player take the initiative to install the corresponding decoder, right?

Yes. that is true. Which is why I would go for something fairly universal, like H264.
