マウスポインターが消える

RelaxWordの段落設定画面、もしくはショートカット設定画面を開くとマウスポインターが消えます。 CTRL+ALT+DELETEでいったんスクリーンを変え、キャンセルするとマウスがポインターが現れます。 Win764bit Excel2016 64bit環境です。

Windows 10 64bit + Excel 2010 64bit Windows 10 64bit + Excel 2016 32bit Windows 7 64bit + Excel 2013 32bit

で確認してみましたが、再現しませんでした。なにが原因なのか不明です。
