What are you talking about? My team has been using config transforms in Visual Studio for a while now (and not with Slow Cheetah).

You're right but this only works for web projects. Every other type of configuration file does not have this excellent feature. App.config files and various Azure configuration files for example, require Slow Cheetah to work.

I should have made this more clear in the article.
