LAPACKE in Doxygen documentation

Hello:

I can see in older Doxygen documentation (https://netlib.org/lapack/explore-html-3.6.1/files.html) that the LAPACKE folder is present. But in the current https://netlib.org/lapack/explore-html/files.html it is omitted. What is the reason for that? It would be nice if it were present in order to navigate the files

Good observation.

I cannot remember the reason for us dropping the LAPACKE files from doxygen.

Maybe there is no reason and this just happened during an update. Maybe we thought that, the information in LAPACKE was too much redundant with LAPACK/SRC. Maybe there is an issue to have doxygen working on the LAPACKE files. Maybe we thought that if we want to release doxygen documentation on the LAPACKE files, we should not only have the files but also describes input / output variables in a nice doxygen way, (and more of doxygen syntax throughout the C files,) and we thought that this was too much time consuming and error prone. (I am making possible reasons as I think.)

All in all, I do not have a strong opinion on this. More opinions, PRs, suggestions, comments are welcome.
