Fix capitalization and a typo, add another Pojav entitlement, and clean up the repo

Hi Rednick16, this PR is just for the README to fix a typo and capitalization inconsistencies, and add another Pojav entitlement that was added shortly after you created this dylib. Additionally, I added a gitignore and cleaned up items from that gitignore, and edited the control file and Makefile to reflect the capitalization changes. (GO_EASY_ON_ME is not required either)
