Dogs Teleport with Player and Do Damage

As title says the dogs are teleporting with players and damaging opponent.

Plugin Version: Duels-3.2.3.jar

I was attempting to fix this but found no solution within the Bukkit API. Have you tried separating the arenas to a new world? I think it will work, but I'm not too sure.
