RPM goes negative above 30k

Open drhugobr opened this issue 4 years ago • 2 comments

Hello, I've used this library on my arduino pro mini, and everything seems to be working fine on my FRskyX10S with an RX8R receiver, the problem is after the turbine (kingtech K80F, Xicoy ECU) reaches an RPM above 30K, then it starts to go down to ZERO and then goes negative to -30K and then back to zero, almost as a sine wave,

a little log of RPMs, Real vs indicated:

Real - Idicated 0 - 0 10k - 10k 30k - 30k 50k - 10k 60k - 0 70k - (-10k) 80k - (-20K)

and so on. any idea of whats wrong and how to fix it?

I noticed this too added a fix 4th of july. It works correct for my up to 150.000k. Could you be using the old code?

Thanks for the answer. But I've cloned the repo and uploaded to Arduino with wIth few changes that shouldn't really matter.
