Now the documentation is available only in 2 versions: English and Japanese. Everyone should know English, but why not make a translation into other languages?

The Ideal Solution

Translate the documentation into other languages. Well, or at least explain how to do it to other people

The Current Solution

This has been historically shut down due to the level of maintenance required to translate the documentation. There has been numerous discussions on this within the discord server... to name a few:

There has also been a comment thrown around that Danny himself has said that he wouldn't want a translation that he himself could not read, however I cannot find this comment so feel free to disregard it.

If you feel that you can meet the requirements in these conversations (large enough userbase to read them, large enough translation base - at the time of d.py rewrite there were 50,000 strings to be translated, and the time and dedication needed), you can pitch your case in server, perhaps.

Maintaining and keeping the docs in all languages are quite a chore, but I think most people that are going to code in any capacity beyond really basic stuff is going to have some level of English. So I don't think it's necessary to be honest.

I'll be happy to help for Turkish though if that becomes a thing

The library has a fairly large community, I don't think it will be a very big problem
