Automate releases

I'm starting to support more ways of installing tuckr, doing this manually will just be a lot of work. I should just create a program that configures all the installation methods and sends a new release when the release numbers are different from the one in Cargo.toml.

Maybe I could even add this to CI eventually idk.

While I'm at it, I should also create a brew package for macos users or whatever.
