Feature request (mac): adjust thumbnails size

Would be great to have the possibility to adjust the size of the thumbnails. It has been mentioned in #1551 as extra feature, but I think it deserve to treated as a separate options (should be applicable independently of the thumbnail of the article )

This would be great, as Twitter thumbnails are blurry.
