tests fail with latest code

Hi, I built this today from your dockerfile as dockerhub is 2months old.

Using a lets encrypt ssl cert, I can't get the tests to pass.

With https://http3check.net I get:

QUIC is not supported
HTTP/3 is supported

With https://gf.dev/http3-test I get:

Couldn’t connect over HTTP/3. Take advantage of the latest protocol HTTP/3 for better performance.

Correct ports/protocols are forwarded and allowed through filewalls.
