Major issue related to using mouse button 4/side button activator
I recently switched to using MB4/mouse side button to activate move window
I'm having a strange issue where it completely locks my ability to interact with my taskbar if i accidentally click anywhere on it. This includes all the desktop/program windows. I mean completely locked out. The only way i can regain select control again with my mouse is to ctrl alt delete, or alternatively from what i accidentally discovered is to open the task manager and try to frantically click somewhere within with the same MB4. Trying to click any window or the taskbar with regular LMB does not register at all when this happens.
Note none of these issues happened while i was using keyboard hotkeys, only seems to happen when i use these side buttons. The issue could potentially be a problem with a program i use called Start11, however like i said i can interact just fine if i switch to using keyboard key activators ([e.g. alt/left winkey ect) without any lockups/getting stuck, so that's just a speculation.
Elevating to adm. does not seem to help.
The problem would occur on any blacklisted window, hopefully this test build should fix it.

Tested x64 build seems to have fixed my issue without lock ups, works great! Will do some more testing with it to see, will update on here if it comes back.
I want to say thank you for keeping this project alive and building upon it, it's amazing how overlooked this feature actually is and how important it is.
I have another related question to this issue but another one, maybe there's a good answer for it. It seems that whenever i try to resize with my RMB action while holding the activator (MB4) it doesn't seem to be able to resize the focused window. This is another case where with a keyboard hotkey it works but not on the mouse buttons. Should i open a new issue for this?

In the case where MB4 was set to both activation and has its action set as Move window then it is not possible. You can either set MB5 as Hotclick+resize or set MB4 as hotclick only and not mapped to Resize than MB4+LClick => move and MB4+RClick=> Resize.
I can live with using MB5 as resize instead, thank you for clearing that up.
Update: After further testing I would say with this build the problem is 95% fixed at this moment since i started using it. There have been a few instances where it still locks the desktop/program window interaction, but i can't quite figure out what the root cause is to replicate it, if it still gets through one of the blacklists or what's going on still. it just sort of happened randomly about three times.
Alright so might have figured out the issue i was still having, or at least a relevant one.
Move window + resize and accidental right click in this order/combination and without letting go of the activator buttons will cause another lock up. In my case with MB4 move window and MB5 resize, and left and right actions set to none within the config. This also seems to be the case with clicking the middle mouse button instead of right click, although this is harder to accidentally do.
