Add feature to allow different modifier hotkeys for alternative action without click

Current Altsnap it lets you set a modifier key for the alternative action without click, I would love it if I could set completely different hot keys to define the alternative action.

For example I use L-Ctrl+L-WinKey to move a window and I would like to be able to use L-Ctrl+L-Shift to resize the window.

Actually you can already do that. Set as hotkeys LCtrl and LWinkey and LShift set LShift as modifier key. Then enable click combo and you will have to press Ctrl+Win to perform the primary action ie: move and Shift+Ctrl for the secondary action.

You can add Shift to the Hotkey via the .ini file: Hotkeys=5B A2 A0 for LWin LCtrl, LShift

I used for a while Alt and Win as hotkeys and Win as modifier key then with click combo, I would use Alt+Win to move and Win+Alt to resize.

If you also want to be able to use simple Alt+Click you can use another instance of AltSnap, you will have to make a copy of the whole AltSnap folder to have independent configs.

I do agree however that being able to set independent activation keys for the activate without click option. would be a nice feature.
