Failed to download alerts, similar to lidarr

Often there are seeds that won't finish downloading for days
The notification service of lidarr is able to notify download failure and import failure, is it possible to implement this feature on radarr and sonarr as well?
Describe the solution you'd like
If radarr or sonarr doesn't find a suitable seed to download, or the speed is 0 all the time, or there has been no download speed for more than 10 hours (I'm just giving examples of a few ways to do this, there may actually be a more reasonable way to determine this), the user is alerted to the download failure by notifying the service that the download failed

+1 to this. it would be nice to also be able to configure which failures trigger the notification. for example a download being stalled isnt necessarily something i care about, but a download failing to import bc there's a .lnk file or the file structure is malformed is something i absolutely want to know about so i can go in and blocklist and research
@foxfirecodes I haven't tested with the Fail Downloads functionality, but On Manual Interaction Required doesn't work for your use case?
Maybe give it a try, personally I'm getting alerts for blocked imports in queue due to lower quality or scoring.
