Portable Edition Cache Files

The portable edition cache files are being stored in the Application Data
directory, instead of inside it's own Cache directory.

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\WDCC\Cache\

OS: Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3
WDCC v1.8.3
