Missing Features in the Manual

Opening this as a general issue for all the features that are still missing from the manual and need to be documented at some point. Don't want to let this fall by the wayside, as writing the manual in the first place took a ridiculous amount of time, so we should aim to keep it as up-to-date as possible.

• [x] p4plus2's dpbase and optimize commands that were recently merged via a pull request
• [x] the alternative sizeof() syntax that was reenabled via pull request
• [ ] codes and descriptions for all warnings (maybe also errors?) in Asar (issue #156)
• [x] spc700-inline needs better documentation (issue #166)

I feel like there's something else we forgot to document some time around the v1.70 or v1.71 releases, but I can't quite put my finger on it, even after going through some of the older checkins.

Anyways, let me know if anything is missing.
