add support for edit localizations files

Hi, any plan for add support for export and import localization file from core files? Thanks for good work

We don't support repacking yet, and this is a required step in order to make localization and other modding stuff possible. Stay tuned, at some day this feature will see the light 🙂

Hello @YouKnow-sys, Don't really. Sadly I don't have free time to work on this project. I see there's no much mods for Death Stranding were created since the game was released that makes me thinking that no one was able to create suitable modding tools since that. As I said before, at some day this feature will see the light. I had a lot of ideas to implement and I feel very sorry for abandoning this amazing project. By the way, this project is also open-source, so you can try to make your best and contribute to it.
