qubes-firewall service doesn't work in Arch-based qube

The service fails to start. Error says daemon python module is missing.
Steps to reproduce
Try to start qubes-firewall service on Arch-based qube
Expected behavior
Service works
Actual behavior
It fails to start.
The direct problem is that python-daemon dependency is not included in PKGBUILD file. But this library isn't included in any default Arch repo, it's only in AUR. But looking at how the library is used, it shouldn't be needed there anymore, so lets try to drop this dependency.
This issue is the reason why all network tests on Arch template failed: https://openqa.qubes-os.org/tests/93457
