[ar1_processes] Remove the Migration Admonition

ar1_processes.md has been migrated from the intermediate series with a migration admonition.

Remove the admonition in a month.

@jstac I propose we remove this in June 2024 to give time for poeple to update their links (based on a semester frequency). Do you agree?
