Not taking install Pillow==6.2.0

Hi Not taking install Pillow ==6.2.0 even i flowed Django==2.2.13 and if i install latest Pillow it show as below

what version should i install for Pillow or please send me new requirements.txt file here

raise ImproperlyConfigured( django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: Could not find the GDAL library (tried "gdal202", "gdal201", "gdal20", "gdal111", "gd al110", "gdal19"). Is GDAL installed? If it is, try setting GDAL_LIBRARY_PATH in your settings.
