Add a play button to run/debug the project

For user experience it would be nice if there was a "play" button at the top right corner that runs/debugs the project similar to how other language extensions do it

I think the default behavior should be like: It works out of the box. This would increase the user experience drastically, especially for newcomers. They create a project and can run/debug it immediately by pressing the play button.
