Shared/Dedicated terminal when launching with `dubBuild: true` configuration

Hey there,

A bit of a feature request, It would be great if the task issued via the dubBuild: true launch configuration could respect the panel field of presentation. My current workaround is to set preLaunchTask rather than dubBuild.
