Proxyman version? (Ex. Proxyman 1.4.3)

Version 3.8.0 (30800)

macOS Version? (Ex. mac 10.14)

macOS Monterey Version 12.5.1 (21G83)

Steps to reproduce

When I open FortiClient_7.0.0.22 I can't use Proxyman. I can't catch the requisitions.

Expected behavior

Intercept the requisitions when I use the fortiClient vpn. I tried config, but I can't.

I saw this configuration, but I don't know how to configure this in FortClient. There is a folder /Library/Application Support/Fortinet/FortiClient/conf that contains some config files, but I don't know how this files should be this XML configure.

<forticlient_configuration>
    <system>
        <proxy>
            <update>0</update>
            <fail_over_to_fdn>0</fail_over_to_fdn>
            <online_scep>0</online_scep>
            <virus_submission>0</virus_submission>
            <type>http</type>
            <address>192.168.68.105</address>
            <port>9090</port>
            <username></username>
            <password></password>
        </proxy>
    </system>
</forticlient_configuration>

Screenshots (optional)

I create a config file named forticlient_configuration.plist, It seemed to work, but then stopped.

Look like your config file is fine but the file location is not correct. The doc doesn't mention where it should be: https://docs.fortinet.com/document/forticlient/7.0.3/xml-reference-guide/198365/file-structure

If you don't mind, can you open a support ticket on FortClient 🤔 . I'm not sure how to config FortClient (VNP) to Proxyman. People state that it also doesn't work with other web debugging proxy too.

Maybe it's the problem. The Doc is written for the Windows version. I guess it has a built-in config, so we don't need to save the file.

Good Afternoon! So, I saw that pages and the Doc is just about the windows. I couldn't find anything that helped me with macOS.

If only they had a Doc that demonstrated how to do it.

About the link: image

They speak about how the file must be organized, but they don't speak how file, or where is that file 😆. It's amazing how difficult to configure both programs to work together.

But if anyone managed to solve this problem, I take advice. Thanks so much @NghiaTranUIT for your time!

@willianrattis Hi there, wondering if you have had and success with this issue?

@BMCwebdev Good Morning! Yes, I found out that since my company uses Global Protect, they just needed to release access to Proxyman for me to be able to use with the VPN.
