Testling, and then devs will always know in which browsers Sqimitive works, with a bagde in your README like this one (hope it will be more green :)):

Problem with dedicated tests is that somebody needs to write them. I currently don't have plans for doing this. You are welcome to help if you wish.

well, I definitely have some interest in Sqimitive after your post on habrahabr :) it looks just like what I want for next project, so... maybe I'll dive so deep. do you have any plan about Sqimitive development?

That's great if I could convince at least one soul. Hope it works well for you.

It's the frontend library I always wanted. I am going to use it in my projects (I have even converted one Belstone project to it). I will likely be adding some features over time, like sorting but they will be minor compared to existing API and the latter won't change. It's pretty stable and things I usually add in a specific project are not part of Sqimitive because they vary.

The reason for not writing tests right now is that I have spent a few weeks migrating/cleaning up the code, preparing documentation, writing the article and by now I want to take a break. Writing tests is certainly not the most exciting task; besides, I have made/written them so much during this year that I want to avoid any more of them :)

I got your reasons :)
