[BUG] Disable monster encounters doesn't work.

Description: Turning on disable monster encounters doesn't do anything.

Replication: Press disable monster encounters and go near a monster.

This was a recent change, prodigy has made it so that the constant we edit to change the monster radius no longer works.

I'm not sure if there's a fix for this

Use Teleport Click first
