Every run of the Cronjob *should* spawn a new container. That's normal. So it's not clear how you came to the conclusion that this would be breaking things.

You have multiple charts here that already show multiple ways of doing questions.yaml. I do agree iX should make a special example questions.yaml with extreme amounts of commenting to highlight...
