High FPS Crashes GD

When I set the FPS to a really high number, the game crashed. How to reproduce:

1. Open the menu.
2. Make FPS value really high (I used 10000, but I think anything above 1000 will work.)
3. If done right, game will just show random colors. Only way to stop is by shutting down your computer.
4. When you open GD again, after a few seconds, the game will close. To fix, uninstall OpenHack and never reinstall it again.

When I made the FPS high, I expected it to just work normally. But it didn't, which is why I'm making this.
