I installed, but Letsencrypt manager is not opening in WHM

Hello,

i just installed latest version according to instructions on my WHM server with result: letsencrypt-cpanel-ui registered Successfully installed letsencrypt manager

I go to WHM / Plugins / Letsencrypt But the window is loading and loading and nothing. Other plugins work.

Do i need to configure firewall (CSF) anyhow or what to check please? I do not see anything strange in cpanel error_log

Have you tried reinstalling it ? Sometimes a reinstall fixes these type of issues,

Btw can you tell me your cPanel version ?

Also, please provide your cPanel error log file. It would be easier for us to troubleshoot these kind of issues.

When i watch /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log and click Letsencrypt menu item in WHM, only following log entry is added:

[cpsrvd] Internal Server Error: "-" 500 The cPanel Server operation timed out at cpsrvd.pl line 533.

from the time page /cgi/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.pl started loading untill it fails around 10 minutes later with error "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.".

Above mentioned log entry is added before and after so it may/may not be related to this issue. Other WHM plugins works.

cPanel version is always newest, now i see: 56.0 (build 25)

I just tried to run ./upgrade.sh with result: http://pastebin.com/4WnU7d79 Also can't see any related error during the upgrade in cpanel error log.

Should i try to uninstall and install again or do you suggest anything/any commands to do please?

In oposite to WHM, in cPanel Letsencrypt page works and it successfully generate cert. Only downside i see is that on letsencrypt cpanel page is no button/link to return back to cpanel and after cert is generated, i need to refresh page to see it, cant click the link to veriffy/be taken to the https://mydomain.tld.
