Subdomain certificate problems

I'm trying to create a new certificate for a subdomain and the dropdown works like this: image The problem is that when I keep only like that and don't select anything else I get the following error: Error occurred: Status: 400, Detail: Error creating new authz :: DNS name was empty, Type: urn:acme:error:malformed

However, if I select the www.api.olympiccode.ga in the dropdown I get also an error: Error occurred: Status: invalid, Detail: , Type: http-01

I already tried using the apache rule from the README but it didn't work.
