[BUG] Update documentation and docstrings (Related to current sensor, automatic tap changer)

Describe the bug

  • power_grid_model.errors.AutomaticTapCalculationError docstring needs to be updated.
  • power_grid_model.enum.MeasuredTerminalType too.
  • power_grid_model.data_types.SparseBatchArray has no mention of status anywhere but example. To make it clear.
