scope Annotations to a single insight, or dashboard
Is your feature request related to a problem?
Often times we have numerous insights (10-20) that are associated with the same initiative internally. It would be super cumbersome to individually set an annotation for each individual Insight but it's distracting to set it for the entire project.

It would be great if there was an additional scope available for Annotations for Dashboards.

What if annotations could have tags, then you can limit to specific tags?
@corywatilo Tags would be awesome. If each insight can select tags, and the annotations are assigned a tag, that fills my need!
Very interested in this as well. I've used annotations in mixpanel in the past to track product releases and other milestone events via buildkite. Keen for something similar with Posthog
Interested on this as well, being able to add important business/product release events to a single list and have that displayed as annotations on multiple charts, in the time axis.
Having tags on those events and being able to filter which ones per chart would be good too.
This is a must for all teams that ship things that could affect several dashboards/charts.
