Add an open source license.

I am currently working on a school project building an online Japanese conjugation quiz. Since there is no license attached to this project, I have assumed it is open source and have started using your code, but if you could officially add a license to clarify things, that would help a lot!

I'm not all that interested in adding a license, so in this case you have explicit permission to use this code for whatever purpose you need it, with the only restriction being that the code can be traced back either to this repo or to me. That's kind of it.
