Your MoveToFort and FollowSpiral Tasks seem not to be working. So you probably are not walking to Forts to spin anything.

Try spawning directly at a fort and see if the SpinFort Task is working.
switch to the dev branch and see if the same error persists
Try using the default config and see if it is working.
Try making a MWE out of your config file to reproduce this behaviour
turn on debug mode

and at last: post only relevant output.

I've seen this occur when there's no Pokestop nearby within your FollowSpiral routine. I'd try the following:

Disable Social (as above)
Reset your location so you're sitting on top of a Pokestop. Hopefully this should be enough to reset the bot and allow it to continue. If this does occur, consider increasing the value of the "diameter" flag from 4 to 7 to give you a greater spiral diameter to find a Pokestop to hunt down.

I use the PokemonHunter routine and fine that occasionally this happens to me and doing the above step (2) usually fixes the issue..
