Just open PojavLauncher on iPadOS 18

Expected Behavior

Not huge ass icons

Platform

- Device model: iPad 7th gen
- iOS version: 18b5
- PojavLauncher version: 3.0 (GitHub Actions)

This occurs on iPhones with iOS 18 as well, checked with my 15 Pro Max. Will see if I can investigate soon.

I got the same issue here on 18.0.1. It also seems like the download checkmarks in downloads tab progressively get bigger until pojavlauncher/whole system crashes.

can confirm, i have big ass icons on 18.1.1

I wonder if it solves when it is the newest version tho
