Add well-known plume blogs to every new instance by default

When a new instance of Plume is installed and set live is is a pretty boring and empty place. To start a new instance of, it would be nice if it could federate to new instances right away.

Something like:

connect with some of these blogs right now followed by a list of well-known, cool plume instances to choose from.

This will also help understand the coolness of federation to a newly born userbase.
