Tidal Max quality, some songs won't EQ

With the Max quality enabled in Tidal, some songs won't be EQd in Wavelet. I Have to set quality to High, for all songs to be EQd. It's the same songs everyone.

I use a Xiaomi 14, with a dongle dac. I have tried 2 different dongle dacs, and with different iems too.
