[AWS] add upload file action variants

Depends on #4215 - please review and test this PR first.

Adds variants for Upload File action:

• Upload File - Base64
• Upload File - URL
• Upload File - /tmp

Note (for QA - can't test the Upload File actions yet):

• [ ] Pending update and merge of @pipedream/[email protected] version.

Resolves #4094.
