[BUG] Reddit: New Links on Subreddit source does not emit new events

Describe the bug Reddit - New Links on Subreddit source does not emit new events after creating

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new source Reddit: New Links on Subreddit, select the subreddit aww (A subreddit for cute and cuddly pictures)
2. Let it runs for 1 hour, observing that no new events were emitted when there's new subreddit
3. Observing the error log Error: Maximum execution time reached

Expected behavior New event should be emitted when there's a new link on subreddit
