Sends a business notification to an opted-in user beyond the 24 hours window on gupshup. Required prop is 'message_template' which is the message to be sent, and the optional is 'recipient_id' for specifying to whom the message should be sent. Recipient must be opted-in to receive messages.

Allows changing of user's opt-in or opt-out status on gupshup. Required prop is 'user_id' to specify the user, and 'opt_status' to set the opt-in or opt-out status. No optional props for this action.
