Improve quickstart for newbies

Hi, just a couple of feedback about the quickstart. They come from a friend of mine who is a real newbie both in Perl and Dancer, so I think that it's of the most valuable form.

1. 'curl' might not be installed, so it would be nice to give a wget alternative (perlbrew has it, for example):

   wget --no-check-certificate -O - http://cpanmin.us | perl - Dancer

2. The discussion about the version number does not belong to the quickstart and might be misleading. Moreover I don't even think that what is written about version numbers is still true any more.

3. It would be nice to add a phrase after the creation of the skeleton, e.g. "Now you can modify MyWeb-App/lib/MyWeb/App.pm to add your routes and MyWeb-App/views/index.tt to modify the contents of the home page. You can explore the other files to figure out what they do!"
