Would be good to get something added to the documentation on the current variables that work with the email notifications. Ex: {{id}} - Ticket name, etc. Or is this out there somewhere already?

took me a bit to figure this out but go to "admin" then "SMTP Email" and click on "edit" and make the changes you need.

Appreciate the tip. I already knew where to edit the email notifications. My request was more inclined to find the documentation or, if none, to create it regarding the variables we are able to use in the email notifications. Ex: {{id}} {{assigned-agent}} {{ticket-creator}}, etc.

Again if this exists somewhere already anyone please let me know!
