how to remove it from my Windows PC? It is very buggy

it opened lots of windows like a virus and I had to turn off my PC, and before it happens the same to the other PC where I also installed this, against Windows warning, I would like to remove it but it doesnt come up on the remove programs list neither the its instalation folder has any file to uninstall it....please advise
