Add components for cert and req creation

It would be nice to have helpful components for Self-Signed Certificates and Certificate Requests creation and use them for our x509 and Fortify examples

@rmhrisk could you help to make a list of extensions and Attributes (for CSR) which we need?

Here are properties that Windows supports:

• Subject name

• Subject alternative name

• Extensions

• Key usage

• Extended Key Usage

• Basic Constraints

• Include Symmetric Algorithm (I don't know this extension)

• Custom extension
