Deprecate the "exploiter" tag
A clear and concise description of what the problem is. This tag is rarely used by most and I currently do not see it as addressing some kind of problem with serial exploiters the same way the cheating problem is being addressed with the "cheater" tag, if the "cheater" tag eventually gets split into "cheater" and "bot", having 5 tags to choose from might feel a little too cluttered.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Deprecate the "exploiter" tag, leaving it registered in player lists just as it is now but remove it from the UI completely.
- Is a warning about the change the first time the program is opened after the update needed?
Describe alternatives you've considered Some players have also considered splitting the "cheater" tag into "bot" and "cheater", since some users have objections against kicking human players with this tool. And it might be wiser to not kick a human cheater as soon as they enter the game, since they might protest that. I've made a separate thread to discuss that here: #255
There are 5 instances of exploiter without the cheater tag in the official list. In half a year of collection I would say that's small enough to just drop the tag.
I've been using it to personally track people using exploits such as the "Contracker bug"

Which bug? The one where you can appear to just be using the contracker while actually being able to use weapons? Thats just a cool bug haha
