Which builds work with which Android platforms in the emulator?

This is more a question than a bug report.

I am having trouble using Chromium Test Shell in Android emulator on Mac. As of this writing the latest build is 236036. When I try installing that build in a running Android 4.3 or 4.4 emulator instance (armeabi-v7a), the Test Shell app fails to start. I also tried builds 218200 and 222990 in just the Android 4.3 emulator. Both 218200 and 222990 start up okay and begin to load http://www.google.com/ but except for the toolbar, the screen is black and I do not see anything.

Does anyone know of a build that works in the Android 4.3 or 4.4 emulator?
