Dark mode doesn't work anymore

It used to work ffine until today but now if I open a youtube video the dark theme loads for a second but then it reverts to the default white one. However if I toggle off the dark theme from youtube's settings then it works normally.

I followed them, the issue still persists even in a new profile

I can't get dark mode to work either, but every other setting works. Dark mode works just fine in the Iridium settings page, but on YouTube itself, even when starting up a new profile, new instance, etc., it just stays in light mode.
