Refactor licenses in README

Shall we refactor the license info in README https://github.com/Xaviju/inkscape-open-symbols#symbol-sets-licenses in a way that it looks like:

  • MIT:
    • SymbolSetA
    • SymbolSetB
  • CC-BY-SA 4.0:
    • SymbolSetC
    • SymbolSetC
  • et cetera.

In that way, all symbol sets are grouped per license.
